Capacity Building center

(I) Programs

Water Management

• Enhancement of capacity of old check dam in village Kotla, in collaboration with MDA

• Construction of four check dams in Ranyala

• Construction of three ponds, two drop structures, storm water drain in Rangala Rajpur. This
  partnership project in Rangala was inaugurated by the CEO of MDA, Mr. Ahlawat

• Presentation on “Safe Drinking Water in Rural areas: Issues and Challenges in Rural Transformation” by
  Mr. Lalit Sharma, Program Leader, Water Management in Pan IIT Global conference

Rural Health

• Training of Swasthya Sakhis under the program of training of ASHA workers in Mandikhera hospital

• Construction of 80 toilets in Notki

• Awareness and rallies on World AIDS day

Income Enhancement

• Two kisan goshthis conducted in Bhond and Pathkhori

• Training on briquetting to 5 team members and villagers at Tarahaat in Jhansi

Life Skills Education

• 155 girls completed the LSE course

• 132 girls completed the Tara akshar program

• Vocational training on mobile repair started in community center at Ghaghas

• Inauguration of Jyotisar tourist complex by DC, Kurukshetra
