About The Sehgal Foundation - The Sehgal Foundation is one of the leading non-profit organizations working in Mewat and Kurukshetra districts of Haryana. The Foundation’s mission is to help reduce poverty and help the quality of life in rural India. The Foundation has the following opening:

Key Responsibility Areas

  • Lead the program on agriculture and allied services of Income Enhancement
  • Develop a agri-based livelihood strategy
  • Provide training and guidance to grass roots team, specialists and community on agri projects
  • Liaison with leading institutions for marketing and access to agri-related technologies
  • Program planning , budgeting and execution
  • Development and formulation of training modules
  • Project formulation and raising funds

Required Qualification & Skills

  • Post graduate in agriculture with at least 3 years experience in agri and allied services. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent writing skills and overall knowledge of new agricultural techniques and methods.
  • Computer skills, including Internet navigation and various office applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural environment and establish harmonious and effective working relationships, both within and outside of the organization
  • Excellent computer skills, Spoken English and Hindi
