THE PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION TEAM
To pragmatically understand the socio-economic dynamics of a village and to work closely with a community, it is crucial to recruit field workers from the local area of operations. Our Project Implementation Team comprises facilitators, specialists, and the VCs, who are the immediate interface with the villages. The facilitators and specialists are the Foundation’s staff, who have gained experience over the years and assist the VCs in carrying out their work. The VCs are further assisted in implementing the ISVD model by the Community Health Volunteers, FLE instructors and Kisan Mitras (Friends of Farmers).
