Sanjiv Chatrath, Chief Operating Officer, is a chartered accountant with over 30 years of work experience in India and Overseas. He has held various leadership and management positions in financial multinationals. Since 2006 he is sharing his acquired knowledge and experience with the development sector in India.

Anjali Godyal, Program Leader, Capacity Building Center. She holds a Rural Management Degree from the Institute of Rural Management (IRMA), Anand, Gujarat, and has completed internship in Business Cluster Development and SHGs. Anjali was recipient of the prestigious Amul Tata scholarship.

Aditi Jha, Program Associate- Policy Governance and Advocacy centre, is a post graduate from The London School of Economics in Philosophy and Public Policy. She has been a volunteer with few NGOs in the past.

Ramesh Kapahi - Director, Finance & Administration, holds a master’s degree in finance and marketing from Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management (LBSIM), Delhi. He worked as an internal auditor for 16 years before joining the Foundation.

Aparna Mahajan - Director, Resource Mobilisation and Partnershipsholds M.B.A. degree and World Bank Institute Certificate in CSR and Sustainable Competitiveness. She has worked with the United Nations on specialist, expert and consulting positions in India and abroad. She has several publications in her name and is a World Guide Expert Contributor for international publication "The World Guide to CSR – A Country-by-Country Analysis of Corporate Sustainability and Responsibility" by CSR International, UK and GTZ, 2010, for India and United Arab Emirates.

Pawan Kumar, Program Leader Income Enhancement, holds a Masters degree in Forestry ; Science Policy and Management from Oxford Forestry Institute, Oxford University. He has 15 years of experience in Agricultural interventions and expertise in Natural Resource Management.

Ajeet Kumar, Senior Research Associate, Rural Research Centre holds a Masters in Population Studies from International Institute for Population Sciences (IIPS), Mumbai & Masters in Geography with Cartography and Remote Sensing specialization from Banaras Hindu University. Prior to joining IRRAD, he managed various qualitative & quantitative research projects on population, health and development.

Jitesh Dhoot, Research Associate, Rural Research Center holds MBA in Agriculture and Co-operative Management from Institute of Management and Research, Shivaji University (Kolhapur). In the past, he had completed a research project assessing the reasons for the success and failure of Farmer's Growers Associations in the villages of Mewat and Alwar.

Pradeep K. Mehta, Senior Scientist-Impact Assessment, Rural Research Center holds a PhD degree in Economics from Institute for Social and Economic Change (ISEC), Bangalore; M.Phil. from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay; M.A and B.A (Economics Hons) from Punjab University, Chandigarh. He has four years of experience in teaching and research.

Pooja O. Murada, Director, Communications, is a postgraduate in Mass Communications and carries over 14 years of work experience. Before joining the development sector, her work included leadership positions in the area of brand management in the advertising, IT and healthcare industries.

B.R. Poonia, Program Leader, Community Mobilization, holds a master's degree in rural sociology from the University of Udaipur, and has over 28 years of experience in community development. Prior to joining the Foundation, he was employed at CARE-India for 14 years.

Payal Sahu, Program Leader- Rural Health, Ph.D in Social Work, holds Master’s degree in Social Work and one year Diploma in Child Education & Applied Psychology (D.C.Ed., A. Psy.) She holds 7 years of experience in the social development sector. She has worked with various NGOs/Mother NGO and with Delhi State AIDS Control Society, Govt. of NCT of Delhi and National AIDS Control Organization, MOHFW, GOI.

Salahuddin Saiphy , Program Leader, Water Management holds a masters degree in Applied Geology and PG Diploma in Hydrogeology from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh and PG Diploma in Environmental Monitoring and Impact Assessment from Jamia Hamdard University. Prior to joining IRRAD, he has worked with Centre for Science and Environment and has organised training programes and designed rainwater harvesting projects.

Niti Saxena, Associate Scientist, Rural Research Center, a master in Human Development from Lady Irwin College, Delhi University. Her expertise is working with children with special needs and has contributed to the concept of ECCD through her writings.

Jay Sehgal is the Managing Trustee and Executive Director of IRRAD. Having sixteen years of experience in Information Technology he also directs the IT Program of the IRRAD. He worked for six years in leading private sector organizations in USA after graduating from the University of Iowa. Prior to joining the IRRAD he was Director of Information Technology at Proagro Group of Companies, India.
