S M Sehgal Foundation invites applications for the position of Manager, Partnerships and Fundraising position on an annually renewable fixed-term contract.
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Experience: Minimum 8 -10 years of relevant experience.
Position Requirements:
- Postgraduate in Management from a reputed institute
- Good written and communication skills in English and Hindi
- Project Management and implementation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skill
- Basic knowledge of computers – MS Office and Internet
Job Description:
- Support execution of partnership and fundraising strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Identify and pursue funding opportunities, contributing to achievement of fundraising targets
- Develop high-quality proposals in collaboration with implementation and technical teams, aligned with partner requirements
- Manage partner relationships, ensuring regular communication, engagement, and satisfaction
- Track project deliverables and expenses, and proactively update partners on progress, delays, and key developments in coordination with Project Leads
- Coordinate with Partner Communication teams to align on visibility, branding, and dissemination requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective planning and execution of partner-funded projects
- Prepare and share timely project updates, reports, and communication materials with partners
- Maintain and track partnership pipelines, proposals, and reporting through proper documentation and MIS
- Ensure compliance with partner requirements, reporting standards, and organizational policies
- Support partnership development efforts, including research, outreach, and relationship building
- Participate in partner meetings, events, and external engagements as required
- Ensure adherence to the organization’s vision, mission, values, policies, and procedures
