S M Sehgal Foundation invites applications for the position of Officer/Asst. Manager, IT- Admin
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Reporting: Function Lead
Experience: Minimum 4 – 7 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Computer Science (BCA/MCA/B.Tech) or Business Administration from a reputed institute
- Minimum 3 years in a similar IT-Admin role; experience in the Social Sector is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical staff.
- Excellent interpersonal skill
Job Description:
Officer/Asst. Manager, IT-Admin is responsible for:
- Coordinating all routine IT & administrative works related to Office and Guest House including, housekeeping, security, transportation, cafeteria, day to day repairs of the building, Plant & Machinery and office equipment, etc.
- Provide day-to-day IT support to the Gurugram team as and when required
- Coordinate with different functions to address their technical issues promptly
- Ensure Statutory compliances – PF, ESI, NOCs (Fire, Electrical Equipments and Elevators, etc.)
- Ensure timely renewal of insurance policies of Vehicles, Office Building & Equipments, Group Mediclaim, Group Personal Accident and Group Term Plan (including addition and deletion of employees), and follow up with the Insurance company for settlement of claims.
- Ensure timely payment of utility bills (Electricity, Water and Telephone, etc.)
- Timely preventive maintenance for Office equipments and plant & machinery.
- Liaising with Government Departments (Electricity, MCD, Fire departments) for all administrative related works as and when needed.
- Provide Logistical support to employees and visitors (both national and international) from time to time.
- Provide IT-admin support to the Centres while organizing Seminars/Workshops/Conferences as per the requirement.
- Other works assigned by the management from time to time.
