Agriculture and Water
The signature program of the radio station reaches out to the traditional agrarian communities, especially the small-scale farmers with low productivity, and encourages them to avail government subsidies and programs and adopt new technologies for their benefit. This program correlates with SDG Goal 1—End poverty in all its forms everywhere, and SDG Goal 2—End hunger, achieve food security and improved nutrition, and promote sustainable agriculture.

Gender
Working on SDG 5, Alfaz-e-Mewat provides a platform for girls and women to speak out their concerns and aspirations. Women’s perspectives and opinions are not often given much priority. This is more so in villages, where women’s mobility is restricted and confined to household chores. Alfaz-e-Mewat programs demonstrate that society needs women’s leadership, and their essential involvement brings social and positive behavioral changes to rural communities.
